What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely with Stripe. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
We accept all of the major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover.
We also accept ACH payments.

When will we be charged?

Clarify bills annual subscriptions immediately/on the anniversary of signing and monthly subscriptions on the anniversary of the signing date.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

Our promise is very simple, if you're not satisfied within your first 30-days, we'll refund your subscription.

Can we pay per active job listing only?

We do not have a pay per active job listing billing option. You can however subscribe to one of our monthly or annual plans.

What integrations are available?

Clarify integrates with your favorite apps, including Office 365 and G-suite.
HRIS integrations (Workday, iCIMS, UKG, etc) are available and can be customized if you're on the Expand plan.

How does Clarify protect my data?

We have taken great precaution to ensure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, a secure cloud services platform.
Each Clarify user gets access only to the data that is relevant to them.

Do you have a starting agreement or minimum setup fee?

We do not have starting agreements or minimum setup fees, you pay monthly or annually the subscription amount. Nothing more.
